Our Brand Story

It should come as little surprise to find that we are one of Australia's most authentic Hong Kong Street Food restaurant brands. After all, our own Kevin was one of the leading chefs in Guangzhou's six-star Garden Hotel. While he was there, he helped to perfect the roast meat menu and could not wait to introduce the residents of Sydney to these delights.

 

Yet Kevin and the team wanted to put their own slant on these wonderful foods, and while they needed to honour the tradition, they also wanted to introduce a variety of new cooking methods and perfect a special, signature taste. The result is our main restaurant in Rhodes and our other recently opened facilities where we invite you to explore our menu.

Our Philosophy

Only the best is good enough at all of our restaurants, and we have very strict processes in place to ensure that the food we serve is always of the highest quality. We only use fresh ingredients that are delivered as expeditiously as possible to our chefs and prepared with loving care each and every time. And remember, we developed our own unique, secret recipes that take each dish to the next level. We are confident that you won’t find Hong Kong Street Food that’s better than this anywhere in Sydney.
