It should come as little surprise to find that we are one of Australia's most authentic Hong Kong Street Food restaurant brands. After all, our own Kevin was one of the leading chefs in Guangzhou's six-star Garden Hotel. While he was there, he helped to perfect the roast meat menu and could not wait to introduce the residents of Sydney to these delights.
Yet Kevin and the team wanted to put their own slant on these wonderful foods, and while they needed to honour the tradition, they also wanted to introduce a variety of new cooking methods and perfect a special, signature taste. The result is our main restaurant in Rhodes and our other recently opened facilities where we invite you to explore our menu.
Only the best is good enough at all of our restaurants, and we have very strict processes in place to ensure that the food we serve is always of the highest quality. We only use fresh ingredients that are delivered as expeditiously as possible to our chefs and prepared with loving care each and every time. And remember, we developed our own unique, secret recipes that take each dish to the next level. We are confident that you won’t find Hong Kong Street Food that’s better than this anywhere in Sydney.
Kevin’s first venture was the Chatswood BBQ Kitchen. This restaurant concentrates on the barbecue method of preparing street food, a well-established tradition in the Pearl of the Orient.
Our next restaurant experience is based on gourmet dining and gives you the opportunity to sample Hong Kong Street Food in an inspiring venue. This is roast meat and Asian street food with a special twist.
We recognised the need for a shop selling roast meat prepared in a special way. BBQ Master was the answer for those who wanted to enjoy this particular cuisine at home.
We had to open a restaurant in Rhodes central with an eye on the younger generation who love the Hong Kong style. We chose a full renovation using HK street views, special lighting and signs, and a cutting-edge menu to appeal to those looking for fusion Hong Kong Street Food.
Claypot Kitchen is a recently launched sub-brand of the renowned Hong Kong Street Food restaurant in Sydney. Specializing in authentic claypot rice meals and rice noodle rolls, Claypot Kitchen offers a unique and tantalizing culinary experience inspired by the vibrant street food culture of Canton and Hong Kong.
